Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined Leya AI’s $10.5 million Seed round.

Leya AI is developing an AI-powered legal assistant that combines well-cited public legal sources and a firm’s proprietary data to streamline conversations and improve due-diligence reviews and document editing.

The round was led by Benchmark and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, SV Angel and Y-Combinator.

Silicon Legal’s Hummingbird Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, and Vishal Ganesan.
