Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined Noetik’s $14 million Seed round.

Noetik is developing an AI tool to tackle fundamental questions in cancer immunology that have resisted exploration with traditional methods.

The round was led by DCVC and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, Zetta Venture Partners, 11.2 Capital, Catalio Capital Management, EPIC Ventures, Intermountain Ventures, North South Ventures, Chau Khuong, Viswa Colluru, Chris Gibson, and Michael Secora.
