Silicon Legal represented IA Ventures as they co-led Simpl’s $40 million Series B round.

Simpl is a buy now, pay later service connected to 5500+ merchants.

In addition to IA Ventures, the round included investments from Valar Ventures, LFH Ventures and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Travis Robertson and Chris Rosene.
