Silicon Legal represented Javelin Venture Partners as they led PAIR Eyewear’s $12MM Round.

PAIR Eyewear is a New York City based startup and the first direct-to-consumer, customizable eyewear brand.

The round was led by Javelin Venture Partners with participation from Norwest Venture Partners, Precursor Ventures, Bolt, Gingerbread Capital and other strategic investors including NFL player Christian McCaffrey, David Rogier, Founder and CEO of Masterclass, among others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Brian Schlinkert, Michael Young and Tommy Szalasny.
