Silicon Legal represented Javelin Venture Partners as they led WorkPatterns’ $2.8 million Series Seed round.
WorkPatterns, a toolkit for effective communication, accountability and alignment, is changing the employee-manager relationship and improving remote work efficiency. In addition to Javelin Venture partners, the seed round included prior investment from Pathfinder (Founders Fund’s early stage investment vehicle), Merus Capital and noted angel Investors – Frank Blake (former CEO of Home Depot), Auren Hoffman (founder of LiveRamp), Michael Stoppleman (former SVP of Engineering at Yelp), Josh Jones (HMC INQ) and PLG Ventures.
The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Brian Schlinkert, Michael Young and Tommy Szalasny.
