Silicon Legal represented KaiPod Learning as they raised a $1.5MM seed round.

Working with 4th through 12th graders who go to school online, KaiPod Learning provides a physical place for students to work on their classes, to interact with other students, and to get support from teachers.

The round included participation from Y Combinator, GSV Ventures, EO Ventures, Verissimo Ventures, and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Tina Lee, Jon Loebl and Britney Warner.
