Silicon Legal represented Komodo Health as they raised a $44 million Series D round, bringing the total company raise to $94 million.

Komodo is a healthcare insights platform provider that reduces the global burden of disease through an actionable healthcare map. The round was led by ICONIQ Capital and included investment from Andreesen Horowitz.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Brian Schlinkert, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Michael Young, Travis Robertson, and Corin Medrano.
