Silicon Legal represented MHS Capital as they joined Schematic’s $6.5 million Round.

Schematic is a provider of a runtime monetization platform for SaaS and AI companies.

The round included investments from, in addition to MHS Capital, S3 Ventures, Active Capital, NextView Ventures, Ritual Capital, and several angel investors.

Silicon Legal’s MHS Capital client team includes Rebecca Tseng Grant, Coleman Cannon, and John Koerper.
