Silicon Legal represented MHS Capital as they led Aline’s $4.5MM Seed round.

Aline is developing an AI contracting platform that streamlines the contract lifecycle for in-house legal teams.

The round was led by MHS Capital and included investments from Okapi Venture Capital, Techstars, Keiretsu Forum, New York Angels, JumpStart NJ, and others.

Silicon Legal’s MHS Capital client team includes Rebecca Tseng Grant, Coleman Cannon, Madelyn Tarr, and John Koerper.
