Silicon Legal represented MHS Capital as it led Fencer’s $5.5 million Seed round.

Fencer is a cybersecurity platform purpose-built for software startups to establish a strong security foundation and streamline compliance without enterprise tooling or dedicated security headcount.

In addition to MHS Capital, the round included investments from Goldcrest Capital and several individual investors.
