Silicon Legal represented MHS Capital as they led Inflection.io’s $5 million seed round.

Inflection.io is a marketing automation platform for product-led growth.

In addition to MHS, the round included investments from Version One, Cercano Management, Ascend and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon and Rebecca Tseng Grant.
