Silicon Legal represented MRV as they joined Empathy’s $72 million Series C round.

Empathy is a leading technology company transforming how the world plans for and manages life’s toughest moments.

The round was led by Adams Street Partners and included investments from, in addition to MRV, General Catalyst, Index Ventures, Entrée Capital, Brewer Lane Ventures, SemperVirens, Latitude, LionTree, and several individual investors.
