Silicon Legal represented MRV as they joined Runwise’s $55 million Series B round.

Runwise is a smart operating system company for buildings.

The round was led by Menlo Ventures and included investments from, in addition to MRV, MassMutual Ventures, Nuveen Real Estate, Multiplier Capital, Soma Capital, Alumni Ventures, Helium-3, Cooley, and Fifth Wall.

Silicon Legal’s MRV client team includes Ryan Southerland, Ian Peck, Kevin Morrissey, Andre Gharakhanian, Tina Lee, Madelyn Tarr, Nicole Nazarian, and Robert Moore.
