Silicon Legal represented MRV as they joined Starfish Space’s $29 million funding round.

Starfish Space is a company developing spacecraft designed to extend the life of satellites and enable satellite disposal missions.

The round was led by Shield Capital and included investments from, in addition to MRV, Point72 Ventures, Booz Allen Ventures, Aero X Ventures, Trousdale Ventures, TRAC VC, Toyota Ventures, NFX, and Industrious Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s MRV client team includes Ryan Southerland, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, Adam Derry, Madelyn Tarr, Vishal Ganesan, and Nicole Nazarian.
