Silicon Legal represented MRV as they joined Mechanical Orchard’s Series B round.

Mechanical Orchard helps insurers modernize mainframe systems into cloud-based applications through an iterative, AI-powered approach.

The round was led by Google Ventures with participation from Munich Re Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s MRV client team includes Ryan Southerland, Kevin Morrissey, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, Tina Lee, Madelyn Tarr, Nicole Nazarian, and Robert Moore.
