Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they led Span’s $20 million round.

Span is clean energy startup advancing an innovative hardware that replaces the electrical panel powering homes. In addition to Munich Re Ventures, the financing included investment from the Alexa Fund and continued participation from existing investors.
