Silicon Legal Strategy represented Natilus as it raised a $28 million Series A financing round.

Natilus is a U.S.-based aerospace company developing a family of hyper-efficient blended-wing aircraft for freight, passenger, and defense markets.

The round was led by Draper Associates with participation from Type One Ventures, The Veterans Fund, Flexport, New Vista Capital, Soma Capital, Liquid 2 VC, VU Venture Partners, and Wave FX.

Silicon Legal Strategy’s Natilus client team includes P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Charlie Clark, Milan Kumar, Navneet Mattu, and Stephanie Becerra.
