Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Bubble’s $100MM Series A Round.

Bubble is the leading “no-code” software development platform that empowers people without programming skills to design, develop, and launch their own applications, tech products, or tools for solving their business problems.

The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from, in addition to Neo, SignalFire, BoxGroup, ThirdKind, Betaworks and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Larry Suh, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
