Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Cassidy’s $3.7 million Seed round.

Cassidy is developing an AI business platform that makes it easy for anyone to build automations.

The round was led by The General Partnership and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Comma Capital, Spacecadet Ventures, Ride Ventures, and several angel investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Larry Suh, Carson Jackson, and Nicole Nazarian.
