Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Collaborative Robotics’ $100 million Series B round.

Collaborative Robotics is pursuing a vision for a new type of collaborative robot, working alongside humans in every field, that will transform our world.

The round was led by General Catalyst and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Bison Ventures, Industry Ventures, Lux Capital, Sequoia Capital, Khosla Ventures, Mayo Clinic, 1984 Ventures, MVP Ventures, and Calibrate Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, and Carson Jackson.
