Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Collaborative Robotics’ $30 million Series A round.

Collaborative Robotics is pursuing a vision for a new type of collaborative robot, working alongside humans in every field, that will transform our world.

The round was led by Sequoia Capital and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Khosla Ventures, Mayo Clinic, Calibrate Ventures, 1984.vc, Fuel Capital, MVP Ventures, and individual investor Jeff Wilke.

Silicon Legal’s Neo Ventures client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, Parker Reed, Carson Jackson, and Jon Loebl.
