Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Deel’s $425 million Series D round.

Deel is a global payroll platform for employees and contractors from around the world, helping business hire anyone, anywhere.

The round was led by Coatue, and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Altimeter Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital and the YC Continuity Fund.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Larry Suh and Bryce Wilson.
