Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Moment’s $17 million Series A round.
Moment is aggregating data in the highly-fragmented debt market to make bond trading as easy as stock trading.
The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Venrick, Contrary, and Henry Kravis.
Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, Parker Reed, Carson Jackson, and Jon Loebl.
