Ohana Subleasing Co. is developing a central housing marketplace for America’s college students.

The round included investments from, in addition to Neo, Lightbank, Spencer Rascoff, and Surabhi Gupta.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, Parker Reed, and Carson Jackson.
