Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Relay’s $5 million seed round.

Relay is a collaboration tool that streamlines workflows and automates tasks.

The round was led by Khosla Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Neo, BoxGroup, SV Angel, and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, P. Charu Satia, Larry Suh, Bryce Wilson, Parker Reed, Jon Loebl and Carson Jackson.
