Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Vybe’s $4.75 million seed round.

Vybe is developing photo- and video-related tools that combine social, AR, and generative AI features.

The round was led by Stellation Capital and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Scribble Ventures, Coalition Operators, Blueprint FTC, and several angel investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Larry Suh, Carson Jackson, and Nicole Nazarian.
