Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Womp’s $4.7 million seed round.

Womp is an all-in-one collaborative 3D platform for creators.

The round was led by Female Founders Fund and Haystack, with participation from Neo and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, P. Charu Satia, Larry Suh, Bryce Wilson and Jon Loebl.
