Silicon Legal represented Neo as they led Augment’s $1.8 million pre-seed round.

Augment is an anonymous deal engine that allows shareholders, investors, and brokers to seamlessly connect and manage private market trades.

The round was led by Neo, with participation from 1121.vc and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, P. Charu Satia, Larry Suh, Bryce Wilson and Jon Loebl.
