The round was led by Neo, with participation from SeedClub Ventures, Behind Genius Ventures, TSVCap, Brutalist VC, and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, P. Charu Satia, Larry Suh, Bryce Wilson and Jon Loebl.
