Silicon Legal represented Neo as they led Kibo School’s $2 million seed round.

Kibo School is an online university for students who solve problems with tech.

The round was led by Neo, with participation from Future Africa, Pledges, Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Transcend Network and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, P. Charu Satia, Larry Suh, Bryce Wilson and Jon Loebl.
