Silicon Legal represented Neo as they led Outgo’s $3.4 million round.

Outgo helps carriers lower their financing costs and save money and time by managing a carrier’s financial needs, from invoicing and factoring to banking and expenses.

In addition to Neo, the round included investments from PSL Ventures, Bezo Expeditions and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, P. Charu Satia, Larry Suh and Bryce Wilson.
