Silicon Legal represented Payitoff as they raised an $8.5MM seed round.

Payitoff automates every aspect of student loan management for fintechs, workplace providers, and financial institutions.

The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Sound Partners, Struck Capital and Social Leverage.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Jon Loebl and Stephanie Becerra.
