Silicon Legal represented Peak Energy as they raised a $10 million round.

Peak Energy is scaling up manufacturing of sodium-ion batteries in the United States.

The round was led by Eclipse with participation from TDK Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Peak Energy client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Bryce Wilson, John Koerper, and Adria Dillon.
