Silicon Legal represented Peak Energy as they raised a $55 million Series A round.

Peak Energy is developing low-cost, giga-scale energy storage technology for the grid.

The round was led by Xora Innovation with participation from Eclipse, TDK Ventures, Lachy Groom, Tishman Speyer, TechEnergy Ventures, Doral Energy-Tech Ventures, and DETV-Scania Invest.

Silicon Legal’s Peak Energy client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Bryce Wilson, John Koerper, Nicole Nazarian, Adria Dillon, and summer associate Louise Mathevon.
