Silicon Legal represented Podcastle as they raised a $1.75 million Series Seed round, bringing the total company raise to $2 million.

Podcastle is an Armenian-based podcast creation tool and streaming service for amateurs and professionals alike. The round was led by SLS client Sierra Ventures and included investment from Andrew Ng’s AI Fund and Correlation VC.

The Silicon Legal client team included Heidi Walas, Nicole Tate-Naghi and Lynn Stahli.
