Silicon Legal represented Ponderosa Ventures as they joined Hoofprint Biome’s $15 million Series A round.

Hoofprint Biome is a company developing enzyme-based feed additives to improve cow nutrition and reduce methane emissions.

The round was led by SOSV and included investments from, in addition to Ponderosa Ventures, AgriZeroNZ, Alexandria Venture Investments, Amazon’s Climate Pledge Fund, Breakthrough Energy Fellows, Good Growth Capital, Twynam, and several individual investors.
