Silicon Legal represented Ponderosa Ventures as they joined UNCAGED Innovations’ $5.6 million Seed round.

UNCAGED Innovations is developing sustainable leather alternatives from grains, providing an eco-friendly solution to traditional leather.

The round was co-led by Green Circle Foodtech Ventures and Fall Line Capital, with participation from Ponderosa Ventures, Golden Seeds, and InMotion Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Ponderosa Ventures client team includes Ryan Southerland, Mike Perez, and Madelyn Tarr.
