Silicon Legal represented Popmenu as they raised a $65MM Series C Round.

Popmenu is a digital marketing and ordering platform for restaurants. Their online suite of tools allow restaurants to build their own branded websites, with interactive menus.

The round was led by Tiger Global with participation from Salesforce Ventures, Bedrock Capital, Base10 and Felicis Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Jackie Ammon, Nicole Tate-Naghi and Lisa Schlinkert.
