Silicon Legal represented Precursor Ventures as they joined Epoch’s $3.6 million seed round.

Epoch automates and analyzes all virtual and in-person internal events for teams to work as a catalyst for growing companies to shape their culture.

The round was led by Rally Ventures, and in addition to Precursor Ventures, included investments from Turner Novak, m]x[v, Maschmeyer Group Ventures and a number of angel investors with deep operational and industry expertise.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, P. Charu Satia, Ian Peck and Travis Robertson.
