Silicon Legal represented Precursor Ventures as they joined FlowFi’s $9 million Seed round.

FlowFi connects small businesses with highly qualified finance professionals and builds software products to help those companies better understand their most important metrics.

The round was led by Blumberg Capital and included investments from, in addition to Precursor Ventures, Parade Ventures, Differential Ventures, Special Ventures, 14 Peaks Capital, and Cooley LLP.

Silicon Legal’s Precursor Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Mike Perez, Parker Reed, and Travis Robertson.
