Silicon Legal represented Precursor Ventures as they joined Pair Eyewear’s $1 million Series Seed financing.

Pair Eyewear is the customizable glasses brand for kids. In addition to Precursor Ventures, other investors included Corigin Ventures, Outbound Ventures and Bolt Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Charu Satia and Mike Perez.
