Silicon Legal represented Propel Venture Partners as they joined Groww’s $83MM Round.

Groww is a Bangalore-based startup that allows users to invest in mutual funds, including systematic investment planning (SIP) and equity-linked savings, gold, as well as stocks, including those listed at U.S. exchanges. The app offers every fund that is currently available in India.

The round was led by Tiger Global with participation from, in addition to Propel Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital India, Ribbit Capital and YC Continuity.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Nicole Tate-Naghi and Travis Robertson.
