Silicon Legal represented Quiet Capital as they joined Momentus’ $25.5 million Series A financing.

Momentus is a provider of in-space shuttle services for moving satellites between orbits. The financing was led by Prime Movers Lab and included investments from, in addition to Quiet Capital, Y Combinator, the Lerner Family, the University of Wyoming Foundation, Mountain Nazca, ACE & Company, Liquid 2 Ventures and Drake Management.
