Silicon Legal represented Quiet Capital as they joined Reddit’s $300 million Series D financing.
Reddit is an online platform, enabling its users to submit links, create content, and have discussions about the topics of their interest. In addition to Quiet Capital, Tencent, Sequoia, Fidelity, Andreessen Horowitz, VY and Snoop Dogg also participated in the round.
