Silicon Legal represented Seven Seven Six as they joined BetterBrand’s $6 million Series A round.

BetterBrand is pairing grain-changing technology with real, clean ingredients, as part of its mission to break a paradigm in diet and healthy eating.

The round was led by Verso Capital and included investments from, in addition to Seven Seven Six, Gaingels Fund, Craft Lane and individual investors including Kyle Vogt, Chris Hollod, and Jeff and Glenne Azoff.

Silicon Legal’s Seven Seven Six client team includes P. Charu Satia, Guy Ladetzky, Larry Suh, and Carson Jackson.
