Silicon Legal represented Sierra Ventures as they joined ArmorCode’s $MM Series Seed extension.

ArmorCode develops, sells, and delivers the world’s first and leading AppSecOps platform to customers, along with the expertise, support and community they need to be successful.

The round was led by Cervin Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Sierra Ventures, Tau Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Ian Peck, Shannon Meyer, Travis Robertson and Chris Rosene.
