Silicon Legal represented Sierra Ventures as they led Inspirit’s $3 million round.

Inspirit is an Atlanta-based EdTech startup providing immersive, virtual products in science, engineering, and math (STEM) for middle and high school students. In addition to Sierra Ventures, the financing included investment from AME Cloud Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Ian Peck, and Travis Robertson.
