Silicon Legal represented Sierra Ventures, as they led Spectro Cloud’s $7.5 million Series Seed financing.
Spectro Cloud provides a SaaS platform that alleviates the pain points of Kubernetes (container management) implementation. In addition to Sierra Ventures, the round included investment from Boldstart Ventures.
The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Heidi Walas, Ian Peck, and Travis Robertson.
