Silicon Legal represented SignalFire as they co-led Prophecy’s $35 million Series B round.

Prophecy is developing an open source, low-code data engineering platform that combines visual development with agile software development best practices.

In addition to SignalFire, the round was co-led by Insight Partners, with participation from J.P. Morgan, Singtel Innov8, Databricks Ventures, and DallasVC.

Silicon Legal’s SignalFire client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, and Carson Jackson.
