Silicon Legal represented SignalFire as they joined Horizon3’s $250 million Series E financing round.

Horizon3 is an autonomous penetration testing and proactive security company.

The round was co-led by NightDragon and New Enterprise Associates and included investments from, in addition to SignalFire, Acrew Capital, Blue Cloud Ventures, Demeter Group, EDBI, PSG, SAIC, Sapphire Ventures, Craft Ventures, Prosperity7 Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures and Ridge Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s SignalFire client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck and Michelle Chern.
